Pipedrive + Elido — link conversions become pipeline deals

When a tracked Elido link records a conversion, Pipedrive gets a deal automatically. When a click threshold is met, the deal advances a stage. API token setup — no webhook URL required.

Что вы можете делать

Close the loop between marketing links and sales pipeline

Conversion event → deal
When Elido records a conversion on a tracked link, a Pipedrive deal is created automatically — no manual data entry between your short link and your pipeline.
Threshold met → stage advance
Configure a click threshold; when a link hits it, the corresponding Pipedrive deal moves to the next pipeline stage. Automate your campaign-to-sales handoff.
Zero webhook exposure
The integration uses your Pipedrive API token outbound. No webhook URL to register with Pipedrive, no inbound port to open.
Token encrypted at rest
Your Pipedrive API token is encrypted with your workspace KMS key before storage. Never logged, never shown in the Elido UI after the initial paste.

How it works

Outbound — Elido → Pipedrive REST API

Elido's webhook-dispatcher listens for the conversion and threshold events you configure. On match, it calls the Pipedrive REST API with your stored token to create or update a deal. Data flows outbound only from Elido to Pipedrive.

1
Conversion or threshold fires

Elido's click-ingester emits the event

2
Dispatcher calls Pipedrive

POST /v1/deals or PUT /v1/deals/{id} with API token

3
Deal in pipeline

Named, staged, and linked back to Elido

Setup guide

Three steps to pipeline automation

  1. 1
    Get your Pipedrive API token

Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API → copy the token shown on the page.

  2. 2
Pick a pipeline + stage in Elido

/dashboard/webhooks → Pipedrive → paste API token + select target pipeline and stage. Elido lists all your pipelines on connect.

  3. 3
    Define triggers

Conversion event → creates a deal in the selected pipeline. Threshold met → moves deal to the next stage. Both can be active simultaneously.

Authentication

API token — your Pipedrive credentials

Pipedrive provides a personal API token visible at any time in Settings → Personal preferences → API. You paste it once into Elido; it is encrypted with your workspace's KMS key before storage. Elido decrypts it in memory only when making API calls. You can revoke it from Elido at /dashboard/webhooks or invalidate it from Pipedrive by regenerating a new token (which automatically invalidates the old one). No OAuth flow or app registration is required.

Frequently asked questions

Does Elido see my deals or contacts in Pipedrive?+

Elido reads your pipeline and stage list once during setup so you can pick the target. It does not read deal content, contact data, or notes after setup is complete.

How do I get my Pipedrive API token?+

Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API → your personal API token is shown there. It is not a secret-on-creation like some services — you can view it at any time from the same screen.

Can I limit Elido to a specific Pipedrive pipeline?+

Yes. During setup you pick one pipeline and one stage. All Elido-generated deals land in that pipeline/stage combination. Change it from /dashboard/webhooks → Pipedrive at any time.

How do I revoke Elido's access to Pipedrive?+

Remove the integration at /dashboard/webhooks → Pipedrive → Remove. The stored token is deleted from Elido. You can also rotate your Pipedrive API token from Pipedrive settings.

What does a Pipedrive deal from Elido look like?+

Each deal is named after the triggering link slug and event type (e.g. 'launch-2026 — conversion'). The deal description includes the destination URL, click count, and a link to Elido's dashboard.
