Salesforce + Elido — native link attribution inside your CRM

A native AppExchange package is in Salesforce ISV review. It will add Elido links and conversion events directly to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns — no middleware required. Stitch with webhooks today while you wait.

What you can do

Link attribution where your revenue data lives

Native AppExchange package
Once live, install directly from AppExchange — no middleware required. The package adds Elido to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns as a native related list.
Conversion attribution on records
Link-click and conversion events from Elido will associate to the originating Salesforce record automatically. See which Campaign drove the click that became an Opportunity.
Bidirectional data flow
Create Elido short links from inside a Salesforce Campaign record. Update the destination URL in Elido and the Campaign field updates. Both directions, no manual sync.
Stitch with webhooks today
While the package is in ISV review, push Elido events to Salesforce via the Generic webhook integration. Set up Apex webhook receivers or use Make/Zapier as the bridge.

How it works

Bidirectional — Elido ⇄ Salesforce

The planned native package registers a connected app in Salesforce and exposes Elido links as a related list on standard objects. OAuth2 handles authorization so no manual credential exchange is required. Until the package clears ISV review, the Generic webhook integration provides an outbound path for conversion events.

1
OAuth2 handshake

You authorize Elido's connected app — scopes: api, refresh_token, offline_access

2
Link events flow to Salesforce

Clicks and conversions attach to the originating Lead, Contact, or Campaign

3
Links created from Salesforce

Campaign manager creates short links from inside a Campaign record

Authentication

OAuth2 — connected app in Salesforce ISV review

The planned native package registers a connected app in Salesforce and uses OAuth2 with the scopes: api, refresh_token, and offline_access. You will click Connect in Elido, complete the Salesforce OAuth flow, and Elido will store the resulting access and refresh tokens encrypted with your workspace's KMS key. Token refresh happens automatically. You can revoke access at any time from Salesforce's Connected Apps settings or from /dashboard/integrations in Elido.

The connected app is registered under Elido's Salesforce ISV partner account and subject to Salesforce security review before it can appear on AppExchange.

Frequently asked questions

When will the native Salesforce package be available?+

The native AppExchange package is currently in Salesforce ISV review. ETA Q3 2026. In the meantime you can connect using Elido's Generic Webhook integration — see /dashboard/webhooks → Generic.

Can I use Elido with Salesforce today?+

Yes. Use Elido's webhook integration (outbound) to push link-click and conversion events to a Salesforce-connected endpoint such as a Salesforce Apex webhook receiver or a middleware like Make.com or Zapier. Go to /dashboard/webhooks → Generic.

What will the native package do?+

Once live, the package will add a native Elido Links related list to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns. Short links created or clicked in the context of a Salesforce record will auto-associate conversion events to that record.

What OAuth scopes will the package request?+

The planned scopes are: api (REST API access), refresh_token, and offline_access. We will not request access beyond what the native sync feature needs. The scopes are defined in the connected app registered with Salesforce ISV.

Will the package work in Salesforce sandboxes?+

Yes. We will support both production and sandbox orgs. The OAuth redirect URIs differ between sandbox and production — the package handles both automatically.
